Simple Treats at Banapple Cafe

I’m officially 24! I celebrated my birthday by having a simple dinner at Banapple Restaurant. I’ve read a lot of good reviews about this restaurant so I thought why don’t we try it for my special day, plus it’s on my must try to eat list. It was around 8:00 PM when we arrived at the said restaurant. There was a long queue outside. There were lot of people dining in, so we killed time taking snaps while waiting for our turn.

After an hour, we finally have our seats! Yey! We made an advance order so we only waited for our food for a couple of minutes. We expected the food to be great and we didn’t get disappointed.

Indulge with our food! We had Herbed Chicken Rolls with Basil Cream Sauce, Hickory Smoked Barbecued Country Ribs, Lasagna Roll-ups and Crisp Pork Scallopini. We didn’t try the cakes since my cousin and brother were already fully and I was out of budget already. We’ll just try the cake and desserts next time.

Our next stop was Eastwood Cinema. We wanted to watch Despicable Me however the seats were already sold out so we had no choice but to watch Going the Distance instead. My brother, Roy, wasn’t interested to watch it, but it was 3 against him who wanted to watch a movie, so he had no choice but to join us.

The movie stars Drew Barrymore and Justin Long. It was a nice movie but we still wanted Despicable Me! After watching the movie, it was time for my cousin, Ericka’s, post birthday treat. She treated us to Dairy Queen. Yey!
