Rainforest Beach Hotel, a Beachfront Accommodation in El Nido
Rainforest Beach Hotel is a family-owned hotel in El Nido offering comfortable accommodations in a reasonable price. It is strategically located in the town center. It is also located beachfront making it an excellent location for those who want to be close to the beach. It is also a great place for family or friends looking for a nice island leisure getaway.
Being a beachfront accommodation, staying on this hotel provides guests convenience. Its excellent location truly makes this hotel a perfect base to have a memorable trip in El Nido, Palawan.
Room
Rainforest Beach Hotel currently has 20 rooms. Each room is equipped with air-conditioning unit, TV, private toilet and bath with hot and cold shower, toilet shower, towels, and toiletries. Accommodation comes in five types, namely Standard Room, Standard Family Room, Deluxe Room, Deluxe Family Room and Deluxe Beachfront. You may check room rate and availability here. If you’ll be staying here, choose the Deluxe Beachfront. It has a veranda with Jacuzzi that I’ve found very adoring.
We stayed at the hotel for three nights. We had two Deluxe Family Rooms for our group. Although I would love to stay at their beachfront suite, the comfortable rooms that we had were already enough for us to enjoy our stay in El Nido. The hotel has an easy access to the beach and that alone was already a lovely reason to enjoy our stay.
The Deluxe Family Room can comfortably fit up to four persons. It has one queen size bed and a single bed with pull out bed. Our rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were tidy and nice. What was only missing was the TV. One of our rooms didn’t have one so I asked the hotel staff if we could be transferred to a room with a TV. We were told that they could put a TV instead to our room by requesting it to the reception area. I suddenly felt lazy going down to the lobby to ask and thought that we wouldn’t be watching anyway, so I just forgone about it and let our room without having a TV.
Facilities
The hotel didn’t have a restaurant. They don’t have complimentary breakfast for guests. But that wasn’t a problem for us since there are several restaurants in the area that we can choose from to have our meals. But, they do have a small section in the common area where you can have free coffee. They do also have a water dispenser wherein you can refill your water bottles.
A part of the hotel that we thought was nice was the veranda. It provides an unobstructed view of the Bacuit Bay. It was also our common space whenever we wanted to have a little chitchat or maybe breathe some fresh air. The hotel also provides free Wi-Fi connection. It can be accessed in the common area but the connection wasn’t that really reliable. But if you’ll be patient you can post that island hopping pictures that you had in Instagram and Facebook successfully.
Staying at Rainforest Beach Hotel provided us a convenient location to explore El Nido. Its great location made our island getaway easy and comfortable. In addition, it made our vacation in El Nido more pleasant and memorable.
