Pyromusical 2012: China Vs. The Netherlands
Me and two of my friends had a meet up in Mall of Asia last weekend to watch a movie, I asked them if we can watch Pyromusical as well. But due to time constraints we dropped the movie and just decided to watch the Pyromusical.
Prior to that I already purchased vouchers from a group buying site online for Gold Ticket (worth PHP 300) for only PHP 150.00.
There were a lot of people inside the mall who’ll watch the competition. This is what I hate about this mall, very crowded.
There were already a lot of people when we went to the viewer’s area for Gold tickets holder so we weren’t able to secure a good spot to watch. I asked my friends to transfer to the Gold by the bay area but they don’t want to because they want to watch it from the center. So I didn’t argue anymore and I left them for awhile and looked for a good spot to capture the fireworks.
The show started late. It started at around 7:30 PM. It was China vs. The Netherlands.
First to showcase magnificent fireworks display was China. Presenting to you some of the snapshots I took on China’s performance. (I don’t know yet how to set my camera for fireworks photography so please bear with my not-so-good and obstructed shots.)
It was my first time to witness such competition and I must admit I was in awe looking at those fireworks display.
Thinking The Netherlands will be next afterwards, intermission numbers have been presented.
It took 45 minutes to wait until the time came for The Netherlands to present their splendid presentation. (Again, I don’t know yet how to set my camera for fireworks photography so please bear with my not-so-good and obstructed shots.)
Presenting to you some of the snapshots I took on The Netherland’s performance.
The two countries has its own on their performances. China presented it with a story while The Netherlands presented it with modern and mellow songs.
I must say China did it well in terms of synchronization while The Netherlands presented it with numerous and huge fireworks. But I must say I love how China presented it because of it’s effects and some images formed from the display. The fireworks display is very much appropriate and synchronized with the story, I felt a lot of Wow moments. Though The Netherlands is still impressive at all.
It was my first time to witness such performances and I hope to witness more from this competition.
