Boracay is always an enjoyable destination for me. I’ve been to the island for several times now and honestly, I’m not getting tired of visiting it. I consider it as my favourite because it is one of the destinations that are easy to go for vacation or even for a quick getaway. It was one weekend of July when
my friend and I went back to Boracay. It was our second time going to the island together this year. Twice in a year, I guess my friend really loves Boracay as well.
We stayed in one of the latest resorts in the island, Coast. A charming resort situated on White Beach Station 2 providing fun and comfort through its accommodation and facilities; we found a new place to stay in Boracay. Coast is a beachfront accommodation. It wasn’t hard for us to admire this place because it has all the comfort, convenience and luxury that we looked for. Coast features modern and stylish rooms with great amenities. We also felt the warm and genuine hospitality from the staff throughout our stay. With all these things, it made us instantly say that Coast is our new favorite resort in Boracay.
Going to Coast is easy. The resort provides free transfer from Caticlan and vice versa. It was really convenient because we didn’t have to go through the port anymore and pay all the fees. Everything was already taken care of. They have their own van and speedboat. We were able to cross the island smoothly. And in less than an hour travel time, we were able to arrive at the resort.
Room
The resort has 71 lovely rooms. All rooms are decorated smart and tastefully. Rooms are categorized into 4 types such as Deluxe, Premier, One Bed Deluxe and Loft. Please check room rates and availability

It was early morning when we arrived and gratefully, our room was already ready. The resort allowed us for early check in. Checking in was smooth. We got our key cards after filling up the registration form and presenting our identification cards. Two rooms were reserved for us, two deluxe rooms that are connecting. Both are air-conditioned. Each has its own bathroom. The first room has a king bed while the other one has two single beds that also serve as a sofa.
Our spacious accommodation is equipped with modern amenities. Facilities include Smart LED TV, complimentary Wi-Fi connection, phone, desk, cabinet, and coffee and tea maker, in room safe and mini bar. The resort boast about their Smart LED TV because they are the first one to offer such in Boracay giving its guests access to any film available via Netflix. But what I got truly stunned about is the bathroom. I love the arrangement and design. I like how it was organized. It was simple but looked very clean. It was spacious. It is also provided with magnificent bathroom essentials. What is just lacking though is a bathtub. But nonetheless, I like the bathroom in general.
Another thing that I adored about our room was the bed. It was heavenly and cozy. In fact, we were just on our bed most of the time – lounging, watching TV and updating our social media. And often, we only went out whenever we felt hungry. That’s how lazy we were and that was because of the comfort and luxury of our room.
Facilities
Coast also offers fantastic facilities including an outdoor pool and another pool for kids.
We were happy that our room is located at the ground floor giving us a convenient access to the pool area. The pool looked very tempting so we couldn’t help but to also enjoy dipping in the pool every now and then. Sun lounges and tables and chairs are also available in the area. It’s a great place to relax or hang out. During afternoon, the resort has free popcorn and drinks that guests can have.
What I also liked about our stay was the breakfast buffet. As a property being managed by Raintree Hospitality Group, I had a high expectation about the food. And I must say that they didn’t disappoint. They have a delectable breakfast buffet consists of local favourites, breads, pastries and other breakfast food. I noticed that they also put some twist to some other dishes that tasted to be more remarkably delicious. I also like the beverages and desserts.
It was a great weekend staying in Coast. We had a pleasant time to enjoy Boracay once again. The cosy room, excellent amenities, delectable food and friendly services from Coast made us enjoy our quick getaway in the island. Definitely, the resort becomes
our new favourite place to stay. It provided us all the convenience and comfort giving us a wonderful vacation. Now, I can’t wait to go back in Boracay and experience Coast once again.
